HealthFitness recognizes the importance of measurement and data analysis in all of our programs and services. We can tie together all the components of your program into one unified database – from onsite health management and fitness and remote technology to other vendor programs such as disease management, health plan enrollment, payroll and employee assistance. We then use the unified database as the platform for participant tracking and outcomes reporting.

When HealthFitness designs and manages a health management program, most employers see a first year return in the 1.5:1 range. Typical returns for year two are 2:1 and year three returns are generally in the 2.5:1 to 3:1 range.

HealthFitness tracks data and provides a variety of ways to measure and analyze your program performance and cost savings. For example, we can analyze health care claims before and after program implementation. We can also analyze and report on aggregate change in biometric screening results from one time period to another, measuring the change in your health assessment results. Tracking health and productivity
According to several third-party studies, the indirect costs of productivity loss can be several times the cost of health care claims. That’s why HealthFitness uses additional measures to account for the value of health and productivity. We use both absenteeism and presenteeism factors from our Health Life Questionnaire to measure your program’s impact on employee productivity and also measure changes in your health assessment results. These measures give you a more complete picture of your program’s real value and return on investment.
